With your own website, you’re able to control everything that comes in and out of your domain. It is your ecosystem, or your hub, and it is where you can upload valuable content that will link to your product. Essentially acting as a space for your email list and anyone that enters your ecosystem to consume more of your content.

The more content you have available, the more trust and reputation are built for you and your brand.

Specifically, your hub is your own website. On this website, you need to build your own brand. Your brand could be you or a company you’ve created. In my example, Boring Money is the hub where people can come and read articles I’ve written about ways people can make an income online. No matter what, I will create content around my niche, which is introducing ways for a passive income to like-minded people.

You’re here reading my article or watching this video for a reason. That reason may be that you want to have more time for yourself and not be shackled with a 9 to 5. Maybe you want to become your own boss and not have anyone to answer to!

The more valuable content you put out, the more people would want to come back for even more valuable content and eventually, they’ll click the buy button.

Modeling after Gary Vaynerchuck’s strategy in his book called Jab, Jab, Jab, Right Hook, it is the same as giving your audience Value, Value, Value, Sale.

You need to give more value before you can hit people with a sale. You need to warm up the cold lead before you will open their wallet and pay for your good and services. That’s why building a website is very important and is a key for higher conversion rates.
I hope you understand that!
